Losing my Browni Aurora has been more than devastating. But Chris at the Lake Orion location was more than accommodating. He was so kind and thoughtful. I wrote a letter and placed it on top of her at the vet after her passing, and Chris made sure it went wherever she went, which was super important to me.
Browni was my best friend, and having access to the pet parent portal where I could see STEP BY STEP from picking her up at the vet, arriving at the facility, and ready for return to me is what I needed as a control freak. I have already recommended them to friends and family because Browni was cremated and cared for with dignity. They are a member of our family and deserve to be treated as such.
