My grandma and I were driving I saw a free kitten sign I was 8 years old. I begged for her to get me a kitten by the time we got home she told me if the sign is up the next day we could get a kitten. So the next day we went to the house and the sign was not up so I cried and cried till grandma took me to the animal shelter and I saw Cheesy. She was the runt and he mother passed due to having a huge litter. It was meant to be. She got her name because as a kitten she always farted. So the saying “Who cut the cheese?” That is why her name was Cheesy. She was tough and loved her family. She is now over the rainbow bridge with my old dog Harley. I will miss sweetheart.
