It is very important to us that as soon as you step foot into our facilities that the physical space reflect the comforting and dignified care you and your pet will receive at Pet Passages®. Incredible attention to detail is put into layout, décor, and ambiance to provide you with the best possible experience during such a difficult time.
Each Pet Passages® franchise location has to meet very specific Pet Passages® brand requirements concerning all operational procedures, facility amenities, interior design, furnishings, equipment, and vehicles. As a result, Pet Passages® can provide continuity of exceptional pet loss service from any one of our franchise locations! As the innovative leader in the pet loss profession, we are very proud to say that we are now the only pet loss provider who can offer this high level of continuity to North America.
Pet Passages- Lake Orion is located in the Crestwood Commons building in unit I. We have a warm customer greeting/service area that includes a display area which shows our selection of urns and memorial products, a comfortable customer waiting area, two Rainbow Bridge rooms, and a restroom. Our Care Center / crematorium is also on premises where your pet is always treated with the respect and dignity that it deserves. Our transport vehicle for pick ups and returns home is fully marked and is consistent with our policy of full transparency.
You can bring your pet to us or we can come and pick your pet up from your home or your Vet Office (and immediately- don’t allow freezing of your pet). Our Pet Parent Gateway with the real-time tracking feature we provide as well as Pet Tales(TM) to help you memorialize your pet can help bring comfort to you in the difficult time.
