Izzy was that one in a billion pup. Weighing in at a whopping 5 pounds, this little teacup Yorke poo believed she was as big as a bullmastiff with a heart of a golden. Happy to rest peacefully in anyone arms, she loved giving kisses and snuggles to all that adored her. We first got our Izzy when my daughter Shelby was 7 years old. Daily I would have to drive Shelby to and from school and at times, Izzy accompanied me and would get to visit with all the school kids. Her love for those kids was heartwarming. Never nervous being so tiny but always ready to leap in and play. She believed she was one of the kids. Like a little sister, she was always in tow behind my daughter. It was the absolute cutest friendship. At one point we discovered her love for soccer. Always chasing the ball and even flipping in the air. She amazed everyone with her skills of dribbling with her body. This 5 lb little fluff ball was the star of the soccer field when she attended my daughters practices. Its was a sight to see! Growing up and growing older we moved through the years with changes in homes, schools and jobs but Izzy was always there through it all. Making road trips to see her girl when our daughter went away to college, camping trips with the family, snowmobiling trips in the UP and even classified as a world traveler to Niagara Falls on the Canadian side. She was a loyal companion and best friend to Shelby. Waited up for her until she got home from wherever she was for the day and was always ready to snuggle in bed with her. She will be missed by so many as our laps and arms are now empty without her in them but our hearts are full of fond memories of this stinker of a dog that loved us so unconditionally. Rest easy old bitty. It wont be the same without hearing your little foot steps. Miss you so much. Run free with Boomer, Charlie, Cody, cricket, and Skeeter.
