Maximus was rescued in 2011 but truly he rescued us, which is part of why he was also known as BatMax. Great protector from all evil on television and even fireworks in the sky, Maxx had zero fear and didn’t know a stranger. With a tail that could churn butter when happy, he made our lives so much better. You will forever be loved and missed beyond measure, sweet and heroic Maximus.
