Rudy came into our lives in October 2003. He had been 1 day away from being euthanized by Genesee County animal control when he was rescued by K-9 rescue in Oxford. He was previously abused and had trust issues when we 1st rescued him, but he soon found he was in a loving home and had another mini Doxie, Rocky, as his best friend.

Rudy has been a wonderful friend to us and to Rocky and we were able to enjoy him and spoil him for 17 years. As he was continuing to fail the thought of losing him broke our hearts. Even knowing that it was the best decision for Rudy, it was, and is, unbearable to not have him present. Rocky is grieving for his best bud of 17 years, as are we.

Our precious Rudy is gone, but he will never be forgotten.
